Francisco C\u00e1rdenas<\/strong>, conocido como el magnicida de Francisco I. Madero, es uno de los personajes m\u00e1s denostados de la historia nacional, sin embargo, no se sabe mucho de \u00e9l. La presente investigaci\u00f3n se propone dar testimonio de su trayectoria. Este trabajo coincide con la revaloraci\u00f3n del g\u00e9nero biogr\u00e1fico, que ya no se considera una forma literaria de elogio, una historia de grandes h\u00e9roes o ejemplos a seguir. La biograf\u00eda acad\u00e9mica se concibe hoy como una manera de acercarse a una historia global en la que confluyen contexto y sujeto al mismo tiempo, y son parte de un proceso hist\u00f3rico determinado. Si bien esta biograf\u00eda es cronol\u00f3gica, no es una sucesi\u00f3n lineal de acontecimientos, pues intenta amalgamar al hombre con su entorno y poner en evidencia que el ambiente de su tiempo lo trastoc\u00f3, es decir, se intenta exponer la imbricaci\u00f3n constante entre sujeto y contexto. La investigaci\u00f3n no busca elogiar o reivindicar al biografiado, tampoco ser una diatriba condenatoria. Las herramientas que ofrece la biograf\u00eda en la actualidad permiten situar al hombre en un plano distinto de an\u00e1lisis. Esta obra pretende, en fin, descubrir al personaje m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la leyenda y marcar un precedente para integrar a la historiograf\u00eda del periodo a los hombres que, desde un rol secundario, desempe\u00f1aron un papel fundamental durante la Revoluci\u00f3n mexicana.<\/p>\n
