El\u00a0Seminario Historia de la Miner\u00eda en M\u00e9xico y Regiones Comparadas<\/strong>\u00a0presenta\u00a0La Iglesia novohispana y la miner\u00eda: los Garc\u00ed S\u00e1nchez de Real del Monte,\u00a0<\/strong>ponencia a cargo de\u00a0Olivia Medina Rodr\u00edguez\u00a0<\/strong>(El Colegio de M\u00e9xico).<\/p>\n

En esta sesi\u00f3n podremos adentrarnos en las din\u00e1micas de dos cl\u00e9rigos de nombre Garc\u00ed S\u00e1nchez entre finales del siglo XVI e inicios del XVII, quienes utilizaron de su posici\u00f3n en la Iglesia novohispana para moverse entre distintos grupos y sectores sociales, y beneficiarse de los recursos que las minas de Real del Monte ofrec\u00edan.<\/p>\n
