La charla sobre \u201cLa Rep\u00fablica y los gobiernos ind\u00edgenas clandestinos en el siglo XIX\u201d tratar\u00e1 de explicar el proceso a trav\u00e9s del cual las comunidades ind\u00edgenas decimon\u00f3nicas no s\u00f3lo lograron sobrevivir a las pol\u00edticas liberales emitidas por el gobierno republicano, sino adem\u00e1s construyeron espacios de autonom\u00eda con elementos de cultura clandestina. \u00c9stos, en el contexto de un gobierno que pretend\u00eda eliminar todo resquicio del mundo ind\u00edgena, a la larga y al finalizar el siglo XIX, se convirtieron en la paradoja del liberalismo porque fortalecieron los lazos de solidaridad, redefiniendo y reelaborando las identidades de los diferentes grupos \u00e9tnicos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
